Happy Birthday,
Aunt Louise,
Today is my Aunt Louise’s birthday. After all these years,
it still feels strange calling her “Aunt”, when she’s younger than me. But, I
love her and I respect her, so I will continue to call her “Aunt” with love and
pride.
Aunt Louise is my father’s youngest sister and I feel close
to her. A few years ago, she took me and my brother to the place my father
lived when he met my mother. She shared some of the tidbits from that time with
us and for me, it was as if I was a part that time and I could almost see that mischievous
smile of my father as he used his considerable charms on my mother.
Today is my aunt's day and I wish for you, Aunt Louise, today be all she
could hope for and the all the days to follow, meet your expectations.
